Mogadishu-Somalia has reiterated its principled position in support of the sovereignty, unity, and territorial integrity of the Republic of Yemen, emphasizing the importance of respecting internationally recognized borders and the authority of legitimate state institutions.

In its statement, Somalia praised the pivotal role played by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in supporting Yemen’s stability and security, highlighting Riyadh’s diplomatic and political efforts aimed at restoring peace and preventing further regional destabilization.

Somalia underscored the importance of continued regional and international cooperation in addressing the challenges facing Yemen, stressing that safeguarding state sovereignty and unity remains essential for long-term peace, security, and stability in the region.
